Wife of San Fran DJ who was found dead floating off pier says her heart is ‘crushed’

The wife of a San Francisco DJ who was found dead floating off a pier says her heart is “crushed” following the news of his passing.

The body of DJ J-Dubb, whose real name was John Dubois, was discovered on March 8th floating off Pier 39 in San Francisco. Dubois was a popular DJ in the area, performing at clubs and events for over 20 years.

Dubois’ wife, Shannon Dubois, told local media that she was “heartbroken” over the news of her husband’s death.

“My heart is crushed,” Shannon Dubois said. “John was a loving husband and father and he will be deeply missed.”

Shannon Dubois said her husband was “an amazing person” who was loved by his family and friends.

“John was an incredibly talented DJ and he was passionate about music and sharing it with others,” she said. “His presence at parties and events was always something to look forward to.”

The cause of death has not been determined, but police are investigating Dubois’ death as suspicious.

The San Francisco music scene is reeling from the news of Dubois’ death and many have taken to social media to express their sadness and shock.

“John Dubois was an incredible DJ, and his death is a huge loss for the San Francisco music scene,” one person wrote on Twitter.

Another person wrote, “We will miss you, J-Dubb. You were an amazing DJ and a great person. Our hearts are with your family and friends.”

Shannon Dubois said she and her family are grateful for all the support they have received since her husband’s death.

“We want to thank everyone for their kind words and thoughts,” she said. “It means so much to us during this difficult time.”
