Liverpool have been handed a major boost in the transfer market, with reports suggesting they have been given fresh hope of signing both Jude Bellingham and Josko Gvardiol.

The Reds have been strongly linked with a move for the teenage duo in recent months, with Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp reportedly keen to bolster his squad in the summer.

Now, according to reports in Germany, Liverpool have been given renewed optimism that they could land both players.

According to Bild, the Reds have been given hope of signing both Bellingham and Gvardiol, with the Bundesliga duo both keen to move to Anfield.

Bellingham, 17, is one of the hottest prospects in Europe and has been linked with a move to Liverpool since the turn of the year.

The young Englishman is said to have been offered a deal worth around £60million by the Reds and it is believed that he has been given the green light to join the Merseyside club this summer.

Meanwhile, Gvardiol is said to be a target for Liverpool, with the Croatian defender believed to be available for around £23million.

The 19-year-old is highly rated in his homeland and has attracted plenty of interest from a number of top European clubs.
