Arsenal analyst Miguel Molina and Aston Villa’s Victor Manas are CHARGED with improper conduct

Arsenal analyst Miguel Molina and Aston Villa's Victor Manas have been charged with improper conduct by the Football Association.

The charges relate to an incident that occurred during the Premier League game between the two sides on Sunday, February 9th.

Molina, who works with Arsenal's first team, and Manas, who works with Aston Villa's first team, were involved in a heated exchange on the sidelines during the match.

The FA, who are responsible for regulating football in England, have now charged both parties with improper conduct.

The FA have stated that both men will have a chance to respond to the charge before a decision is made.

This is not the first time that Arsenal have been involved in a disciplinary incident. Earlier this season, the club were fined for failing to control their players during a Premier League game against Manchester United.

The incident between Molina and Manas is the latest in a long line of disciplinary issues that have plagued the Premier League this season.

The FA have taken a strong stance against any improper conduct and have made it clear that they will not allow any form of behaviour that goes against the spirit of the game.

It remains to be seen what punishment, if any, Molina and Manas will face. However, it is likely that they will both face some form of reprimand.
