The Bachelor’s first mansion hits the rental market for $6,500 a week

The Bachelor franchise is known for its luxurious villas and glamorous settings. Now, the first ever Bachelor mansion is hitting the rental market for a whopping $6,500 a week.

The mansion, located in Agoura Hills, California, was the home of the show's first-ever season in 2002. It has come a long way since then, with a total of 11 Bachelor and Bachelorette seasons having filmed at the property.

The Mediterranean-style villa encompasses a whopping 10,000 square feet and includes five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a swimming pool. It also has a large lawn, a private pond, and a hot tub.

The house is perfect for entertaining with a large dining room, a bar, and a media room. The home is decorated in a modern style with a mix of traditional and contemporary furnishings.

The listing for the property says, “This one-of-a-kind estate is perfect for hosting gatherings and events with its indoor and outdoor spaces.”

The price tag for the mansion is certainly steep, but it's not surprising given its long history with the Bachelor franchise. The property has been used for both the show and its spin-offs, including Bachelor Pad and Bachelor in Paradise.

The Bachelor mansion is an iconic piece of reality television history and now fans of the show can experience it in person – if they can afford the hefty rental fee.
