Britain's Got Talent icon ‘Stavros Flatley Senior’ has taken the internet by storm after showing off his impressive weight loss. The father-son duo, made up of Demetrios and his son Lagi, first appeared on the show in 2009, where they wowed the audience with their energetic performance of ‘Zorba the Greek'.
Since then, Demetrios, who is known as ‘Stavros Flatley Senior’, has lost an impressive amount of weight, and he took to Twitter to show off his new physique.
The 64-year-old Greek Cypriot shared a picture of himself looking slimmer than ever, and captioned it: ‘How things have changed in 11 years!'
Stavros' impressive transformation is the result of a healthy lifestyle, which includes a balanced diet, daily exercise and regular visits to the gym.
Speaking to The Sun, Stavros said: ‘I have been on a journey for the past 11 years to become a healthier version of myself. I'm eating healthier and more balanced meals, and I'm working out regularly. I'm in the gym four to five days a week and I'm trying to make sure I'm getting enough rest.
The father-of-three also revealed that his diet consists mainly of seafood, vegetables, fruits and olive oil, and he avoids processed foods.
Stavros' transformation has been praised by fans, with many hailing him as an inspiration.
